FAQs

Q: What exactly is the technology that we are licensing?

A: Our technology includes truck-mounted and roof-mounted deicing systems that can prevent ice accumulation on vehicles and structures, and thus prevent damage caused by “ice missiles” and “ice dams”.

Q: How does the technology work?

A: Our truck-mounted system includes a pump, storage container, and retractable spray nozzles allowing truck drivers to safely apply liquid deicer while on the road. This system can be customized and securely mounted along the top of the trailer and controlled from inside the cab.

Our automotive roof rack system is designed with built in spray nozzles to fit inside the roof rack allowing drivers the ability to safely and securely apply liquid deicer thus preventing ice from forming on top of their vehicles.

Our roof-mounted system allows for the prevention of ice accumulation and ice damming from inside the building, using a pump and storage tank.

Q: Who is this technology intended for?

A: Our deicing technology is intended for a wide range of industries, including transportation, construction, recreational roof rack design, and any other industry that is impacted by winter weather.

Q: What are the benefits of licensing your technology?

A: By licensing our technology, companies can gain access to our proprietary system and provide their customers with the most advanced deicing solution on the market. It can also give them a competitive edge in their respective industries and help them protect their assets and improve safety during winter weather conditions.

Q: How does the licensing process work?

A: The licensing process will involve an initial consultation to understand your business needs and how our technology can be best integrated. We will then go over terms, conditions and options.

Q: How can I customize the technology to fit my specific needs?

A: Our technology is adaptable, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that they can customize the design according to their specific needs and requirements.

Q: What kind of support will we receive during the implementation process?

A: We provide comprehensive support and guidance throughout the implementation process to ensure that our clients can seamlessly integrate the technology into their products or services.

Q: How long is the licensing agreement?

A: The licensing agreement can be customized to fit the needs of the client, but it is typically for a set period of time.

Q: Are there any ongoing costs associated with licensing the technology?

A: There may be ongoing costs associated with licensing the technology, such as maintenance and upgrades. These will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Q: How do I know if your technology is the right fit for my business?

A: During the initial consultation, we will work closely with you to understand your business needs and determine if our technology is the right fit for your business.

Q: What is the process for renewing the license after it expires?

A: The process for renewing the license will be discussed during the initial consultation and included in the licensing agreement.

Q: Are there any exclusivity agreements associated with licensing your technology?

A: Exclusivity agreements can be discussed and included in the licensing agreement.
